Delivery area

We currently deliver to addresses within the United Kingdom.

Delivery service

Orders are sent using Royal Mail Tracked delivery.

Delivery timing

Orders are expected to arrive within approximately 48 hours after dispatch. This is an estimated delivery time rather than a guaranteed delivery deadline.

You will receive confirmation when your order has been dispatched. Delivery can occasionally be delayed by Royal Mail or circumstances outside our control.

Order problems

If your tracking has not updated or your order has not arrived within a reasonable period after dispatch, contact csfreshlybakedlondon@outlook.com with your order number.

Incorrect addresses

Customers are responsible for entering a complete and accurate delivery address at checkout. Contact us as soon as possible if you notice an error. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after an order has entered processing or been dispatched.

Damaged or incorrect deliveries
