Returns and refunds
Please contact us at csfreshlybakedlondon@outlook.com before returning anything. Include your order number and the reason for your return. We will review the circumstances and provide the correct return instructions and address.
Change-of-mind returns
If you change your mind about an eligible online purchase, you must tell us within 14 days after receiving it. You then have a further 14 days to return the item.
Returned items must be unused, in their original condition and, where applicable, still sealed.
Health and hygiene products
Cosmetic products and personal-care accessories supplied with a health or hygiene seal cannot be returned for a change-of-mind refund once that seal has been broken.
This restriction does not apply when an item is faulty, damaged, incorrect or not as described.
Faulty, damaged or incorrect items
If your order arrives faulty, damaged, incorrect or not as described, email csfreshlybakedlondon@outlook.com with your order number, a description of the problem and, where helpful, photographs.
Your statutory rights are not affected. Sale items have the same statutory protections as full-price items.
Refunds
We will notify you after receiving and inspecting an eligible return. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
For an eligible cancellation, we will refund the item price and the cost of our least expensive standard delivery option. Any additional amount paid for an enhanced delivery service is not refundable unless required by law.
Refunds will be processed within 14 days after we receive the returned goods or acceptable evidence that they were sent back.
Return postage
For change-of-mind returns, customers are responsible for return-postage costs unless we agree otherwise.
If an item is faulty, damaged, incorrect or not as described, we will provide appropriate return instructions and cover reasonable return costs where legally required.
Please obtain proof of postage. We cannot be responsible for returned items until they reach us.
